About ElandFuture

ElandFuture is a small digital marketing studio. We help Chinese B2B and export companies win overseas demand: websites, search, Google Ads, and design.

We started this not because we wanted to open an agency, but because we had already done sales and marketing in overseas markets — and kept facing the same question:

How does a company that actually has a product and the capability to deliver it get found, understood, and contacted by overseas buyers?

- FOUNDER STORY

Charlie

Founder · Digital Marketing

From export sales to full-stack digital marketing

In 2015 I first worked overseas markets for real. The work was direct: find buyers, send emails, quote, follow orders, handle export. Medical devices came first, then smart sports equipment, monitoring-device consumables, and other products. For years the job stayed the same — deal with overseas customers and sell Chinese products abroad.

That taught me early that overseas acquisition is never just “finding customers.” Why do they reply? Why trust a Chinese supplier they have never met? Why do some sites pull enquiries while others sit silent? Those questions showed up every day in sales.

In 2020 I moved more of my time into digital marketing. From websites and Google Ads to content and search, I asked the same question from outside sales: if they do not know you yet, can they find you on their own?

I kept doing marketing while still working on overseas markets and channels. Sales and marketing are not two separate jobs. Traffic still has to meet a real need. A beautiful site still has to answer what buyers care about. Clicks that never become useful enquiries do not mean much to the business. So I started caring about one thing: how to connect the site, search, ads, content, and the actual business so companies get real overseas opportunities.

ElandFuture formed in that process. It is not a studio I imagined from scratch. More accurately, it is a way of working that grew after I moved from export sales into digital marketing.

  • Understand the business first, then marketing.
  • Understand the buyer first, then content.
  • Solve acquisition first, then pick the tools.

I still see myself as someone standing between companies and overseas buyers. Before, I helped find customers and close them. Now I want the site, search, AI, ads, and content to finish part of that conversation before anyone writes in. That is what ElandFuture is for: so capable Chinese companies are easier to find, understand, and trust overseas.

- DESIGN APPROACH

Tia

Co-founder · Design

Tia has years of design experience in tech. She has worked on projects in technology, consumer goods, smart hardware, and cross-border e-commerce — brand identity, product campaigns, digital content, and websites.

At ElandFuture, design is not something added at the end of a project. Site pages, product catalogs, ad creatives, and brand visuals all need to speak for the same product and business, and stay consistent.

We start from the user, the market, and the business goal, then decide how the design should work.

What we care about is whether design can explain the product clearly, so buyers understand the brand and the offering — not just whether the page looks good.

The team is small and communication is direct. One product shot, a catalog, or ongoing support from the same designer — we can work in the way the need actually requires.
